Name Meaning: Tempest meaning "A violent windy storm" and Charmaine meaning "song"

Personality: Tempest is a bit of a hothead and very blunt which does not fair well with others a times. She is also a very confident
and independent young woman with a clear set of goals.

She often has to deal with her inner demons when trying to carry on a normal human life with the constant reminder that she is a Sailor Scout.



Personal History:

Tempest grew up in the care of her Aunt Noel since she was a few weeks old. Abandoned by her mother at a young age; Tempest has always
had problems with her emotions so her Aunt introduced her to music to give her an outlet.
She was naturally gifted with singing and playing the piano which lead to commercials, modeling, as well as music videos as she grew up.
By the age of 17 she released her #1 selling album "The Call" which lead to her first concert tour as well.
Tempest continues to surge forward to come closer to her dreams.

Tempest still has problems dealing with the fact that she is a sailor soldier. After working so hard to achieve her dream,
she now has something that can disrupt her path. She is determined to not let her scout duty determine her fate.


Family/Friends:

Tempest not only lives with her aunt, but her cousin Trent who is her main guitarist, and grandmother who is her number 1 fan.
Tempest does have a few friends mainly consisting of other celebrities or her road crew. Being popular and busy combined with her
personality makes it hard for her to socialize.

Tempest does have a rival/friendship with another upstart idol name Faye. They work and tour together often and Tempest sees her
as good competition. Tempest is often take back by how comfortable she is around Faye; this also makes her very uneasy.

Skirts: both skirts are ruffled with top layer being aqua and the second gray
Back Bow: Aqua green in color/ transparent with a sparkle to it

Attack 1:Siren Cyclonic Shear - (element: wind) Allows Siren to envelope her enemies in a cyclone of wind that not only leaves the enemy without
their senses, but also inflicts damage to the enemy. Great for defense.
Attack 2: Siren shock and awe - (element: electric) Siren is able to release bolts of lightning from her hands that she is able to release towards
the enemy in different forms. Example: bolt of energy or can scatter it like a net. Good for multiple targets or quick fight.
Attack 3: Siren Maelstrom Call - (element: sound) Siren is able to vocally emit a sound wave that can be used for defense or offense. Example: lull
an enemy to sleep, or inflict pain to the person hearing. Leaves the enemy impaired
Attack 4: Siren Hydro Healing - ( element: water) Siren has the ability to produce a healing water that can restore a ally's energy or heal wounds
Can be used on civilians after an enemy attack.


Sailor History:

Sailor Seirenas is the sole guardian of the planet Seirenas. (Seirenas is a beautiful water planet with frequent storms and is known for its singers and performers)
During her scout training Seirenas became close friends with a fellow scout, Sailor Mousai (muse). Almost like sisters, the two kept the peace in their galaxy and protected
their princess Persephone. Their friendship was tested after Persephone was kidnapped by a neighboring King that Mousai had fell in love with during his visit to their kingdom.
In desperation Seirenas and Mousai left their planets and searched for their princess. They then crossed paths with Sailor Galaxia who offered a greater power if they gave up their star seeds.

Sailor Mousai, jealous of her princess, was intrigued by Galaxia's offer and accepted to become one of her minions as long as she was the one to steal the
princess's star seed. Betrayed by Mousai, Seirenas vowed to uphold her sailor duty to protect her princess and engaged Mousai in battle.
Seirenas, conflicted with the fact that she was fighting her best friend, could not bring herself to kill Mousai.

Eventually, the fighting drew out Persephone who tried to stop the two of them from fighting. Seirenas, injured, pleaded with Persephone to escape. Mousai, intending to finish off
Seirenas, injures Persephone as she puts herself between her guardians. While Persephone lays injured, she apologizes to Mousai for not noticing her feelings for the king and running off with him.
Mousai's mind is in conflict as she watches Persephone being held by Seirenas. The situation leaves them open for attack and Galaxia takes advantage of the situation by stealing Seirenas's star seed.
Mousai falls to the ground crying and reaches out her hand to the disappearing Seirenas. Seirenas tells Mousai that she loves her and that she is sorry to have hurt her
as well. Seirenas leaves her childhood trinket, a seashell they had both found as children, in Mousai's hand and disappears.

With the last of Persephone's strength she attacks back at Galaxia freeing Seirenas's star-seed from her grip and puts a protective shield around the star-seed. With a final prayer she
sends it into the deep of space away from Galaxia's grip. Galaxia in her anger destroys both planets and steals Mousai's star-seed placing shackles around her wrists.
She then wipes away Mousai's memories and renames her Titanium Harpy. Galaxia, with Titanium Harpy in tow, continues her mission to obtain the most powerful star-seed.
